An elegant wedding in Boston town.
This wedding was exceptionally beautiful, simple, sophisticated as a showcase of the amazing city of Boston. We started the day, as we typically do with Jessica preparing for the day at Boston Wharf Hotel. Jessica's dress was brilliant and elegant, as were all of her other details.
Down by the water with the gentlemen
Mathew and the rest of the gentlemen prepared for the big day at the nearby Boston Marriott Long Wharf, a very elegant hotel right on the water. I met the guys up on a roof deck for portraits. Later we went around to several locations in the hotel making amazing images.
Off to the Church
Jessica and Mathew's ceremony was held at Our Lady of the Good voyage, in Boston's Seaport neighborhood. It's a shrine of minimalist design but with a very powerful prescience.
A walk along the water
As I have told all my clients, my favorite part of the wedding day is the time where the wedding party and I go to a location meaningful to the couple to create some truly amazing images. Jessica and Mathew choose Fan Pier park, which is on the water, also in the Seaport, about two blocks north of the Church. This location is amazing. You have spectacular views of the Boston Skyline, Logan Airport, as well as numerous passing boats.
Set Sail.
This reception was truly special, it was held aboard the Odyssey Harbor Cruise Ship at sunset. The views of the city were epic. The service was first class.
